Implementation Consultant – Commercial

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Engage in one or more Veeva product implementation or migration projects.

• Fulfill designated roles such as configuration specialist, functional analyst, solution architect, or project manager.

• Configure and tailor Vault CRM solutions to align with client-specific requirements.

• Lead client-facing initiatives, including workshops, user acceptance testing, and training sessions.

• Assist clients throughout the implementation process from the initial design phase to final delivery.

• Provide guidance to clients on optimizing and streamlining business processes.

• Convert complex requirements into scalable solution architectures.

• Collaborate directly with leading pharmaceutical organizations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven 3+ years of consulting experience or its equivalent.

• Established ability to manage customer-facing activities and stakeholder relationships.

• Excellent presentation skills.

• Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time.

• Proficient in English (both written and spoken).

• Full authorization to work in the country of application is mandatory.

• Veeva or Salesforce.com certification and implementation experience is a plus.

• Background in the Pharmaceutical, Consumer Health, or a related industry is advantageous.

• Experience with projects of a global nature or working with international teams is beneficial.

• Familiarity with software from other vendors, such as IQVIA, SAP, and CVENT is desirable.

• Proficiency in additional European languages like French, German, Spanish, or Italian is a plus.
