Customer Implementation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation of accounts from the initial sign-on to the transition to a Customer Account Manager.

• Deliver onboarding, support, training, and guidance to facilitate the adoption of Brio.

• Educate customers and staff on the software through both online sessions and in-person training.

• Consult with clients to comprehend their business needs and suggest software best practices.

• Manage customer support inquiries throughout the Engagement process.

• Supervise data migration with meticulous attention to detail.

• Foster customer relationships to establish trust.

• Contribute to the creation and updating of best practices for roles and departments.

• Work collaboratively across departmental boundaries.

• Enhance knowledge of the software and the pest-control industry.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer success.

• Assist customers in becoming proficient with the product and utilizing all its features fully.

• Experience delivering technology training in a corporate environment, both in-person and online.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

• Background in customer service/support.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience in project development.

• Bachelor's degree or an associate degree with relevant experience.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

• Capability to prioritize and organize tasks efficiently.

• Preferred experience in data conversion or migration.

• Preferred experience in software implementation.

• Must be eligible to work without sponsorship.

• Willingness to work over 40 hours when required.

• Some travel may be necessary.
