Product Implementation Specialist – Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and uphold materials for product implementation, including methods, processes, instructional guides, and training resources.

• Onboard and provide training for new members of the product implementation team.

• Oversee the product implementation team and ensure consistent service delivery.

• Assess customers’ business needs and objectives to develop appropriate business processes.

• Customize software applications to align with customers’ business requirements.

• Generate project deliverables such as process outlines, gap analyses, and functional design documentation.

• Offer subject matter expertise on the setup and execution of the JWorks CMS and associated software.

• Conduct both onsite and remote training sessions.

• Facilitate software testing sessions.

• Provide support during and after the implementation phase.

• Advise customers on operational enhancements through new services or product offerings.

• Supply feedback to product management and marketing teams for customer communications and product upgrades.

• Assist in creating training curricula for new products and enhanced functionalities.

• Travel nationwide to customer sites to enhance operations using company products and services.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in the court/judicial industry.

• Proficient in MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

• Willingness to travel 50% of the time.

• Experience with court case management software.

• Background in software implementation or oversight administration.

• Training experience with a solid understanding of adult learning principles.

• Strong presentation skills.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
