Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation of Samsara technology for customers, ensuring rapid realization of benefits.

• Facilitate solution workshops to establish L1 business processes.

• Assist customers with change management strategies, which include policy development, communication, and training.

• Conduct training sessions and showcase Samsara technology effectively.

• Navigate challenges alongside executives and daily system users across various use cases.

• Manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously.

• Engage in cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product teams.

• Be prepared to travel to customer locations for up to 30% of the time, which may involve overnight stays.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a role as an implementation consultant, project manager, or onboarding specialist; experience in enterprise SaaS and hardware is preferred.

• Excellent project management abilities with a strong adherence to methodologies.

• At least 2 years of experience in supporting or working with technical products.

• Solutions-focused with robust problem-solving and project management capabilities.

• Exceptional consultative skills, with experience in comprehensive system implementations.

• Proven experience managing over 20 implementations or projects concurrently.

• Demonstrated success in building trust and communicating effectively with executives, senior management in Product and Engineering, and everyday software users.

• A strong passion for initiative and the ability to excel in a dynamic, change-intensive environment.

• Proficiency in English and German, both spoken and written, is essential.

• Preferred experience in delivering change management.

• Familiarity with utilizing AI or automation in customer success workflows is a plus.
