Implementation and Training Analyst - Digital Accounting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Install and set up products designed for the accounting sector.

• Provide both in-person and virtual training on the functionality of accounting, tax, and financial products.

• Continuously enhance knowledge and keep abreast of external support processes and promoted products.

• Oversee the system implementation process in collaboration with clients.

• Engage in commercially oriented meetings, showcasing practical product demonstrations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or have completed a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Accounting Sciences, Human Resources, or a related discipline.

• Experience working in an accounting firm, with exposure to multiple areas (accounting, tax bookkeeping, or payroll).

• Familiarity with municipal, state, and federal tax and related filing requirements.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Valid Category B driver’s license.

• Willingness to travel as necessary.

• Knowledge of the Domínio system is preferred.

• Customer service experience is preferred.

• Previous experience in accounting firms is preferred.

• Proficiency in the English language is preferred.
