This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Achieve or surpass sales and expense objectives for the territory by crafting and executing tailored strategies.
• Build and sustain professional connections with key opinion leaders and healthcare providers.
• Stay informed about company offerings and relevant medical conditions.
• Create and implement a Territory Business Plan, along with call strategies and preparation for sales calls.
• Design and roll out territory initiatives such as speakers’ bureaus and symposiums.
• Establish and keep comprehensive customer records.
• Accurately complete administrative responsibilities in a timely manner.
• Provide impactful and precise sales presentations to clients.
• Uphold a professional sales image at all times.
• Manage the assigned territory in accordance with regulations, pharmaceutical guidelines, and company policies.
• Participate in regional and national conferences throughout the year.
• Travel locally and occasionally overnight as needed.
• Bachelor’s Degree with over 3 years of experience in rheumatology, pulmonology, neurology, or a related field.
• Alternatively, an Associate’s Degree with more than 5 years of experience, or over 7 years of successful pharmaceutical or industry-equivalent experience in the specified therapeutic area.
• Proven track record of being a top performer.
• Excellent clinical selling abilities.
• Strong understanding of clinical knowledge and disease states.
• Awareness of industry trends, economic sectors, and market conditions.
• Capability to generate new business and enhance customer relationships.
• Proficient in communicating clearly, concisely, and persuasively to diverse audiences.
• Skilled in identifying and utilizing available resources to address challenges.
• Current knowledge of the territory and customer base is highly preferred.
• Experience in selling biologics to specialty physicians in rare disease areas is preferred.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Willingness and ability to travel locally, including some overnight trips.
• Ability to adhere to relevant regulations, pharmaceutical guidelines, and company policies.
