This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Achieve or surpass territory sales and expense plan objectives by creating and executing territory-specific strategies.
• Build and sustain professional relationships with key opinion leaders and physicians.
• Stay updated on company products and pertinent disease states.
• Create and uphold a Territory Business Plan, call plans, and sales-call preparation.
• Design and implement territory initiatives such as speakers’ bureaus and symposia.
• Establish and maintain comprehensive customer records.
• Complete administrative duties accurately and in a timely manner.
• Deliver effective and precise sales presentations to clients.
• Maintain a professional sales demeanor in all business interactions.
• Manage the assigned sales territory in accordance with regulations, Pharma guidelines, and company policies.
• Participate in regional and national conferences throughout the year.
• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Rheumatology or Pulmonology.
• Alternatively, an Associate’s Degree with 5+ years’ experience, or 7+ years’ proven experience in pharmaceutical or industry-equivalent roles in the specified therapeutic areas.
• Proven track record as a top producer.
• Exceptional clinical selling abilities.
• In-depth clinical and disease-state knowledge.
• Awareness of industry trends, economic sectors, and market dynamics.
• Capability to generate new business and enhance customer relationships.
• Proficient in communicating clearly, concisely, and persuasively to diverse audiences.
• Skilled at building and maintaining relationships with internal team members and external customers.
• Ability to identify resources and resolve issues using available information and support.
• Current experience within the territory and knowledge of customers is highly desirable.
• Experience in selling biologics to specialty physicians in rare disease areas is preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Willingness to travel locally and occasionally overnight.
• Ability to operate in compliance with Pharma guidelines and company policies.
