This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Achieve or surpass sales and expense goals for the territory by formulating and executing tailored strategies.

• Build and sustain professional relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare providers.

• Stay updated on company offerings and relevant medical conditions.

• Create business plans, call strategies, and organized work schedules for the territory.

• Design and roll out territory initiatives such as speakers’ bureaus and symposiums.

• Establish and preserve comprehensive customer records.

• Execute administrative responsibilities with accuracy and punctuality.

• Present current, effective, and precise sales pitches to clients.

• Uphold a professional sales demeanor.

• Manage the assigned territory in adherence to regulations, pharmaceutical guidelines, and company policies.

• Participate in regional and national conferences throughout the year.

• Engage in local travel, including occasional overnight trips as needed.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Rheumatology or Pulmonology.

• Alternatively, an Associate’s Degree accompanied by 5+ years of experience, or over 7 years of proven success in the pharmaceutical industry or equivalent therapeutic areas.

• Proven track record as a top performer.

• Excellent clinical sales skills.

• Strong understanding of clinical and disease-state knowledge.

• Insight into industry trends, economic sectors, and market dynamics.

• Capability to generate new business and enhance customer relationships.

• Proficient in communicating effectively, clearly, and persuasively to diverse audiences.

• Ability to identify and leverage available resources to address challenges.

• Experience in selling biologics to specialty physicians in rare disease areas is preferred.

• Prior experience in the territory and familiarity with customers is highly desirable.

• Valid motor vehicle operator’s license.

• Willingness to engage in local travel and occasional overnight trips.

• Availability to attend regional and national conferences.
