This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Achieve or surpass territory sales and expense objectives by creating and executing strategies tailored to the territory.

• Build and nurture professional relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare providers.

• Stay updated on company offerings and relevant medical conditions.

• Formulate territory business strategies, call frameworks, and preparation for sales interactions.

• Design and execute territory initiatives including speakers’ bureaus and symposiums.

• Establish and keep comprehensive customer records.

• Accurately complete administrative responsibilities in a timely manner.

• Deliver compelling and precise sales presentations to clients.

• Uphold a professional sales demeanor.

• Adhere to pertinent regulations, pharmaceutical guidelines, and corporate policies.

• Participate in regional and national conferences throughout the year.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree along with 3+ years of experience in the field of Ophthalmology.

• Alternatively, an Associate’s Degree with 5+ years of experience, or over 7 years of demonstrated success in the pharmaceutical or a related industry within Ophthalmology.

• Proven track record as a top performer in sales.

• Strong knowledge of clinical practices and disease states.

• Awareness of industry trends, economic factors, and market dynamics.

• Capability to generate new business and enhance customer relationships.

• Proficient in delivering clear, concise, and persuasive communication to diverse audiences.

• Skillful in identifying and utilizing resources to address challenges.

• Current experience in the territory and familiarity with customers is highly desirable.

• Experience in selling biologics to specialty physicians in rare disease sectors is preferred.

• Possession of a valid motor vehicle operator’s license.

• Willingness to travel locally, including some overnight stays as necessary.

• Ability to function within compliance frameworks, pharmaceutical guidelines, and company policies.
