This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Achieve or surpass sales and expense goals for the territory by creating and executing tailored strategies.
• Build and sustain professional relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare providers.
• Stay informed about company offerings and relevant medical conditions.
• Formulate Territory Business Plans, organize workdays and weeks, set call strategies, and prepare for sales engagements.
• Design and execute territory initiatives such as speakers' bureaus and symposiums.
• Create and maintain comprehensive customer records.
• Accurately and promptly complete administrative responsibilities.
• Provide effective, current, and precise sales presentations to clients.
• Maintain a professional sales demeanor in all business interactions.
• Manage the designated sales territory in accordance with regulations, pharmaceutical guidelines, and company policies.
• Participate in regional and national conferences throughout the calendar year.
• Undertake local travel, including occasional overnight trips as necessary.
• Bachelor's Degree with over 3 years of experience in Nephrology.
• Alternatively, an Associate's Degree with more than 5 years of experience, or over 7 years of proven success in the pharmaceutical industry or equivalent experience in Nephrology.
• Proven track record as a leading producer.
• Exceptional clinical selling abilities.
• Strong knowledge of clinical practices and disease states.
• Familiarity with industry trends, economic factors, and market dynamics.
• Capability to generate new business and enhance existing customer relationships.
• Proficient in communicating clearly, concisely, and persuasively to diverse audiences.
• Ability to develop and execute territory business and call plans.
• Preferred current experience within the territory and knowledge of customers.
• Experience in selling biologics to specialty physicians in rare disease fields is preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel locally, including some overnight travel.
• Ability to adhere to compliance regulations, pharmaceutical guidelines, and company policies.
