This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa, +1 more state.
• Achieve or surpass sales and expense objectives for the territory by creating and executing tailored strategies.
• Build and sustain professional relationships with key opinion leaders and physicians.
• Stay informed about company products and relevant medical conditions.
• Formulate and implement Territory Business Plans, call strategies, and preparations for sales calls.
• Design and execute territory initiatives such as speaker engagements and symposiums.
• Create and uphold comprehensive customer records.
• Complete administrative responsibilities accurately and promptly.
• Provide compelling and precise sales presentations to clients.
• Maintain a polished and professional sales representation.
• Conduct operations within the designated sales territory while adhering to regulations, Pharma guidelines, and corporate policies.
• Participate in regional and national conferences throughout the year.
• Bachelor’s Degree with over 3 years of experience in Nephrology.
• Alternatively, an Associate’s Degree with more than 5 years of successful, proven pharmaceutical or industry-equivalent experience in Nephrology.
• Alternatively, over 7 years of successful, proven pharmaceutical or industry-equivalent experience in Nephrology.
• Proven track record as a top performer.
• Exceptional clinical selling capabilities.
• Strong understanding of clinical knowledge and disease states.
• Insight into industry trends, economic sectors, and market dynamics.
• Ability to generate new business and enhance existing customer relationships.
• Proficient in communicating clearly, concisely, and persuasively to diverse audiences.
• Capable of identifying and utilizing available resources to address challenges.
• Current familiarity with the territory and customer base is highly desirable.
• Experience selling biologics to specialty physicians in rare disease sectors is preferred.
• Valid motor vehicle operator’s license required.
• Willingness and capability to travel locally and occasionally stay overnight.
• Ability to operate in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
