This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Achieve or surpass the sales and expense objectives for the assigned territory by formulating and executing targeted strategies.
• Build and sustain professional relationships with key opinion leaders and physicians in the area.
• Stay updated on the company’s product offerings and relevant medical conditions.
• Create comprehensive business plans for the territory, organize workdays and weeks, develop call plans, and prepare for sales interactions.
• Initiate and execute territory-specific programs, including speakers’ bureaus and symposiums.
• Establish or keep up-to-date permanent records for customers.
• Accurately complete administrative duties within set deadlines.
• Deliver effective and precise sales presentations to clients.
• Maintain a professional sales demeanor in all business engagements.
• Manage the assigned sales territory in adherence to applicable regulations, pharmaceutical guidelines, and company policies.
• Participate in regional and national conferences throughout the year.
• A Bachelor’s Degree along with 3+ years of experience in Nephrology is required.
• Alternatively, an Associate’s Degree with 5+ years, or 7+ years of demonstrated success in pharmaceutical or industry-equivalent experience in Nephrology will be accepted.
• Current experience in the territory and knowledge of customers is strongly preferred.
• Prior experience selling biologics to specialty physicians in rare disease areas is preferred.
• A valid driver's license is necessary.
• Local travel is required, with some overnight travel expected, depending on the region.
