This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +6 more states.
• Drive measurable business impact and enhance Marketing Revenue growth for the Immunoassay Reagents portfolio.
• Represent and communicate the Sales requirements for the region during annual and ongoing planning processes.
• Collaborate with upstream Strategic Marketing and Content & Messaging teams to ensure alignment of regional priorities, customer needs, and revenue opportunities with campaign strategies.
• Strategically plan campaigns for AlphaLisa and HTRF customer accounts, focusing on territory opportunities and solution/portfolio areas.
• Lead marketing campaigns at both the solution/portfolio and product levels within the region.
• Implement email campaigns, paid search, targeted digital programs, account-based marketing, local events, webinars, workshops, seminars, user group meetings, and virtual or hybrid customer initiatives.
• Oversee lead development and follow-up programs, providing support for Sales prospecting activities.
• Design and execute AI-driven marketing pilot initiatives aimed at enhancing campaign efficiency, conversion rates, qualified leads, and revenue generation.
• Collect and disseminate regional Voice of Customer feedback, integrating insights into planning, campaigns, communications, and content development.
• Optimize marketing campaigns, channel mix, and investments utilizing marketing data.
• Collaborate with Sales to prioritize leads, determine outreach timing, progress opportunities, and provide feedback on lead quality.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a life science discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in scientific marketing.
• 2-3 years of experience specifically in Reagents.
• Strong grasp of the United States and Canada markets, demand generation, lead management practices, and collaboration with Sales teams in a B2B setting.
• Proven experience in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, email, paid search, events, and sales enablement.
• Capability to convert sales priorities, customer insights, and market opportunities into actionable marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Experience working alongside cross-functional teams, such as Strategic Marketing, Product Management, Content, Digital, Marketing Operations, and Sales.
• Strong analytical abilities to monitor campaign performance, optimize investments, and link marketing activities to pipeline and revenue results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear messaging, campaign briefs, sales enablement materials, and presentations.
• Highly organized, proactive, and adept at managing multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a basic research, discovery, or translational laboratory setting within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sector.
• Awareness of current industry trends, emerging therapeutic modalities, and recent advancements in drug discovery and development.
• Preferred experience with marketing technology, CRM, marketing automation, or analytics platforms.
• An advanced degree and/or relevant laboratory experience in applicable life-science fields is preferred.
