This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Implement promotional and sales techniques while expanding the product portfolio for Sanofi Pharmaceuticals within the designated region.

• Market belumosudil in the assigned area, contingent on approval.

• Supply accurate on-label product details to key opinion leaders, healthcare providers/accounts, and targeted audiences.

• Build and sustain relationships within the cGVHD community as well as with targeted account personnel, healthcare professionals, and non-HCPs.

• Drive sales of belumosudil to achieve or surpass territorial sales objectives through authorized promotional activities and focused execution.

• Develop detailed business plans and construct territory budgets.

• Assess sales and market trends to pinpoint current and future business prospects and execute a strategic plan of action.

• Exhibit expertise in product knowledge, disease-state understanding, product access, and reimbursement processes.

• Collaborate with teams in Marketing, Managed Care, Analytics, Accounting, Compliance, Legal, and other Sanofi departments.

• Stay informed about Managed Care, GPOs, Specialty Pharmacy, State Medicaid, and Veterans Affairs sales and reimbursement landscapes.

• Conduct one-on-one, group, non-personal, face-to-face, and virtual on-label sales presentations.

• Organize, forecast, and assess sales activities using current technological systems.

• Oversee work hours, sales call data, customer goals, communications, synchronization, samples, and expense reporting.

• Adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines related to pharmaceutical marketing and promotion.


⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• At least 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.

• Demonstrated success in generating and driving sales outcomes.

• Experience with product launches.

• Proven ability in live engagements with healthcare professionals and staff.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Willing to travel 20% of the time or more.

• Experience in Hematology, Oncology, precision medicine, or Bone Marrow Transplant is preferred.

• Traditional pharmaceutical experience should include field sales, sales in hospital/academic institutions, and Managed Care experience within the oncology/hematology – transplant sector.
