This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Oversee a substantial caseload of family-based immigration cases from the initial intake to final resolution.
• Manage cases pertaining to T-Visa and U-Visa applications.
• Prepare, review, and finalize application packets in accordance with firm policies.
• Ensure all necessary evidence is included and undergoes quality control checks.
• Conduct client interviews and adequately prepare clients and documentation for USCIS interviews.
• Address USCIS Requests for Evidence within stringent deadlines.
• Handle revision returns and coordinate client callbacks efficiently.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, elucidating processes and managing their expectations.
• Keep precise and organized case files within the firm’s legal database.
• At least 3 years of experience in high-volume immigration law.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Familiarity with T-Visa, U-Visa, VAWA, and various other Visa types.
• Proficient in handling I-589, I-42B, bond applications, and family-based petitions.
• Proven ability to manage intricate case types and adhere to strict deadlines independently.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
• Outstanding communication and client-service abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Competence in legal case management systems; experience with Filevine is preferred.
• Must have reliable high-speed internet, a dependable computer, headset, microphone, and video camera.
