Personal Injury Paralegal, Massachusetts

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Prepare, review, and organize legal documents such as pleadings, discovery requests, and client communications.

• Manage and maintain active case files effectively.

• Assist attorneys with discovery processes by collecting evidence, summarizing documents, and organizing case-related materials.

• Act as a liaison between clients and attorneys, delivering case updates and addressing client inquiries.

• Monitor critical deadlines and oversee the legal calendar for hearings, depositions, and administrative duties.

• Aid in the preparation of exhibits and trial materials for court appearances.

• Conduct legal research and create case summaries or reports.

• Support attorneys in delivering legal representation in personal injury and employment law cases.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or a related discipline is preferred.

• Paralegal certification is advantageous.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a paralegal in a personal injury law firm is highly preferred.

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Capability to effectively manage multiple assignments simultaneously.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficient in effective communication with clients and team members.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Experienced with legal case management software.

• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented setting.
