β’ Examine and assess immigration law documents, case materials, and legal situations for precision and adherence to regulations.
β’ Create, revise, and appraise legal documents such as memos, briefs, and case files.
β’ Perform legal research utilizing professional databases and research tools.
β’ Assess AI-generated legal outputs for accuracy, thoroughness, reasoning quality, and practical applicability.
β’ Review technology-driven immigration workflows utilizing case management or document-review software.
β’ Identify legal, procedural, or factual discrepancies and offer clear corrective insights.
β’ Utilize practical judgment from intricate immigration issues to enhance the quality of legal evaluations.
β’ Work alongside project teams to hone legal data and evaluation criteria.
β’ Clearly and consistently document findings and recommendations.
β’ Licensed U.S. immigration attorney with experience.
β’ Strong foundation in complex immigration issues.
β’ Experience preferably obtained within a BigLaw or similar large-firm setting.
β’ Active legal licensure is mandatory.
β’ Proven expertise in U.S. immigration law is essential.
β’ Prior experience with AI is not required.
