📋 Description

• Examine and assess immigration law documents, case materials, and legal situations for precision and adherence to regulations.

• Create, revise, and appraise legal documents such as memos, briefs, and case files.

• Perform legal research utilizing professional databases and research tools.

• Assess AI-generated legal outputs for accuracy, thoroughness, reasoning quality, and practical applicability.

• Review technology-driven immigration workflows utilizing case management or document-review software.

• Identify legal, procedural, or factual discrepancies and offer clear corrective insights.

• Utilize practical judgment from intricate immigration issues to enhance the quality of legal evaluations.

• Work alongside project teams to hone legal data and evaluation criteria.

• Clearly and consistently document findings and recommendations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Licensed U.S. immigration attorney with experience.

• Strong foundation in complex immigration issues.

• Experience preferably obtained within a BigLaw or similar large-firm setting.

• Active legal licensure is mandatory.

• Proven expertise in U.S. immigration law is essential.

• Prior experience with AI is not required.
