This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +1 more country.
• Create study documentation, such as training presentations, site questionnaires, participant scanning guides, acquisition guides, data transmittal forms, and other necessary study documents.
• Collaborate with project managers and the medical team to integrate imaging protocol requirements and client preferences.
• Design automated or remote training presentations and conduct remote training sessions using web conferencing tools.
• Travel to imaging sites or study team members for the purpose of training on imaging protocols.
• Offer ad hoc site support through email, teleconferences, or phone communications.
• Provide technical assistance to sites throughout the duration of the study.
• Create and deliver follow-up training aimed at enhancing site performance.
• Conduct on-site training as necessary.
• Maintain precise records of both on-site and remote training activities.
• Collaborate with Medical & Scientific Affairs to design tailored imaging protocols.
• Assist with cardiac documentation and training as required.
• A background in Radiologic Technology (e.g., CT, MRI, cMRI), or equivalent experience in Medical Imaging.
• Relevant work experience of one to two years in a clinical research setting is preferred.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs, ideally within the healthcare or clinical research sectors.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities, with a knack for engaging and motivating a diverse audience of learners.
• Proficient in instructional design methodologies and learning technologies, with experience in e-learning development tools being advantageous.
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring effective training delivery and documentation.
• A dedication to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in all training initiatives.
