Imaging General Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee a commercial sales team for the imaging market in the Rocky Mountain region

• Achieve growth in orders, revenue, and profit margins

• Promote the fulfillment of service, quality, and timeliness goals

• Attain commercial targets independently while adhering to operating budgets and guidelines

• Demonstrate high levels of commercial acumen

• Motivate, nurture, and establish rapport, collaboration, and influence throughout the organization

• Serve as an inspiring leader

• Mentor and develop the sales team

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification

• Background in healthcare sales leadership roles

• 7 years of experience in medical sales

• Proven success in high-technology product sales and solutions

• Strong business management and resource allocation capabilities, including the development of business plans

• Excellent people management, leadership, sales coaching, and team-building abilities

• Superior presentation and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in effectively communicating and presenting ideas to customers

• Ability to cultivate strategic relationships and influence across all levels of the organization

• Demonstrated business insight, financial, and organizational skills

• Advanced negotiation, problem-solving, and influencing capabilities

• Willingness to live and travel within the market: Colorado, Arizona, and Utah

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States
