Identity Access Management Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Strategize, design, and implement IAM processes, encompassing both manual and automated solutions.

• Diagnose and resolve access complications associated with identity issues or integrations.

• Uphold policies, procedures, and training schedules for identity management systems.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop components of the provisioning process.

• Generate project status reports for management and leadership review.

• Adhere to industry best practices regarding identity technologies.

• Integrate identities across all cloud service providers.

• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• An associate degree or pertinent technical experience in Information Systems.

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Identity and Access Management.

• Proficient in managing Cloud Identities.

• Familiarity with Saviynt, Active Directory, Azure, Microsoft 365, and other corporate systems.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.

• Excellent interpersonal abilities.

• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Willingness to travel during the initial 6 months for the BHG Oars in Experience.

• Approximately 5% annual travel thereafter for team off-sites, meetings, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Must currently hold valid U.S. work authorization that does not require employer sponsorship now or in the future.
