IDE Project Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sierra Leone, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Facilitate a seamless application and verification process.

• Work in partnership with the UoB iDE management team and Project Manager to set up registration platforms.

• Provide clear submission instructions, links, and requirements to prospective trainees.

• Issue acceptance letters along with details regarding induction and matriculation following verification and registration payment.

• Relay induction and matriculation information to trainees.

• Track weekly trainee engagement on TalentLMS and ensure compliance with deadlines.

• Actively follow up with trainees who may be lagging behind.

• Share information regarding meetings, mentoring, exams, assessment requirements, and deadlines through email, WhatsApp, and TalentLMS.

• Represent Edify within the country and manage arising activities.

• Engage in regular meetings to tackle program challenges and issues.

• Compile and submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to the Project Manager.

• Collaborate with the Program Manager to document impactful stories from the program.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Education.

• 3-5 years of classroom teaching experience.

• Prior experience in education as an administrator, educator, or consultant is preferred.

• Experience in Christian ministry leadership is highly desirable.

• Background as a coach or mentor is preferred.

• Exceptional time management skills and the ability to take initiative to meet objectives.

• A personal confession of faith in Jesus Christ and alignment with Edify’s mission.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

• A strong desire to learn and grow professionally.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Fluency in English is mandatory.

• Proficient in technology, including Google Drive, database entry, email, and WhatsApp.
