IAM Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Design and create scalable Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, encompassing identity provisioning, governance, and access management workflows.

• Integrate corporate directories, cloud environments, and third-party applications into the core IAM platform.

• Configure and oversee Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and federated identity protocols like SAML, OIDC, and OAuth.

• Automate user lifecycle processes through low-code tools, scripting, or APIs.

• Implement architectures based on the Principle of Least Privilege and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models.

• Work collaboratively with security, compliance, and infrastructure teams to adhere to data privacy regulations and conduct internal audits.

• Diagnose and resolve incidents related to identity access management, system bugs, and integration challenges.

• Create custom connectors, scripts, and API integrations to enhance the IAM platform.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation for IAM architectures, deployment procedures, and operational guidelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Practical experience with IAM solutions such as Auth0, Okta, Keycloak, Cognito, or Entra ID; familiarity with FusionAuth is an advantage.

• Strong comprehension of OAuth2, OIDC, and SSO concepts.

• Extensive backend or full-stack experience with Java, .NET, or Node.

• Proficient in English at an advanced level.

• Effective English communication skills for interacting with clients in the US.
