This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
• Oversee all elements of onboarding and offboarding for designated employees, collaborating with global internal teams such as Immigration and Payroll, as well as external service providers.
• Deliver expert-level support to clients by handling inquiries and providing guidance on benefits, international payroll, expense reporting, and various HR issues.
• Foster client relationships alongside the Client Services team.
• Offer prompt, customer-centric assistance throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Support swift onboarding processes while adhering to established resolution time service level agreements (SLAs).
• Administer and audit HR records, encompassing personal information, onboarding and offboarding documents, personal files, contracts, and role-specific data.
• Ensure adherence to local employment laws and alert relevant contacts when corrective measures are necessary.
• Stay informed about relevant Collective Agreements and collaborate with applicable teams to ensure compliance.
• Work alongside internal teams requiring regional expertise, including the maintenance of the Knowledge Base and Product Development.
• Proactively identify potential challenges, assist in root cause analysis, and facilitate appropriate resolutions.
• Aid in the training of new team members and contribute to additional business areas as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years of regional Human Resources experience in Egypt.
• Proficient in both English and Arabic.
• Advanced understanding of employment law and local HR regulations.
• Outstanding organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail, with the capacity to quickly absorb information.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Technologically savvy, with experience in Google and Microsoft Office suites.
• Strong skills in conflict management and resolution.
• Friendly, professional, empathetic, and approachable nature.
• Attentive, honest, organized, and dedicated to consistently delivering a high level of service.
• Interest in international business and the capability to work effectively in a global context.
• Previous experience in an Employer of Record (EOR) or HR Outsourcing environment (preferred).
• Experience with CRM systems (preferred).
