Human Resources Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Design and execute human resources initiatives.

• Oversee vendor management.

• Keep and refresh records and documentation for independent contractors.

• Generate HR-related reports and documentation.

• Facilitate onboarding processes and orientation sessions for independent contractors.

• Promote, endorse, and exemplify a service-driven culture aimed at enhancing employee engagement, quality, and service excellence.

• Address inquiries from independent contractors and resolve HR-related matters.

• Aid in the planning and execution of training and development initiatives.

• Deliver human resources services, assist members and virtual assistants, manage contracts, maintain records, boost retention rates, and implement safety and health regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in both Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or HR support capacity is preferred.

• Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws is advantageous.

• Detail-oriented with the capacity to manage confidential information responsibly.

• Openness to permanently working from home.

• Computer processor: Intel Core i5-6000 (6th Gen or newer) or AMD Ryzen 5 or newer.

• Computer memory/RAM: 8.00 GB.

• Operating system: At least Windows 11 64-bit or macOS Ventura.

• USB headset featuring noise-cancellation.

• Camera that provides clear and high-quality video output.

• Backup power supply that can sustain the workstation for a minimum of 3 hours.

• Primary DSL/fiber internet connection of no less than 100mb/s contracted.

• Backup internet connection of at least 20mb/s via cellular service.
