Human Resources Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Contribute to RTX’s People Strategy by fostering positive employee relations.

• Implement the employee engagement strategy and track data and tools to proactively mitigate engagement risks.

• Interpret HR policies and ensure they are applied fairly.

• Mentor and advise leaders in building high-performing teams, including performance coaching and management.

• Navigate intricate workplace situations involving employees.

• Assist leaders and employees with essential HR processes, including Annual Compensation Planning, Performance Impact, Individual Development Plans, and leadership training.

• Conduct impartial investigations into HR issues and facilitate resolutions.

• Aid in workforce hiring, reductions, and realignment as dictated by business requirements.

• Support and guide frontline leaders and employees.

• Promote positive employee relations and address complex challenges.

• Develop strong partnerships within the team and enhance positive employee experiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• A University Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with at least 3 years of experience.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources.

• U.S. citizenship is mandatory.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

• Capability to manage multiple, often competing priorities while maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders.

• Professional maturity and integrity in dealing with confidential information.

• Strong foundation and experience in employee relations.

• Ability to influence others without direct supervisory authority.

• Proficiency in Workday and Microsoft Office applications.

• Must reside and work in one of the 50 U.S. states, excluding U.S. territories.
