This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +1 more state.
β’ Collaborate with senior leadership to drive the people agenda within Commercial, Customer Support, Technical Sales, Engineering, and Service Centers.
β’ Lead various HR initiatives and adapt to evolving business needs.
β’ Manage and oversee employee relations issues, working closely with legal and leadership to offer guidance and solutions.
β’ Influence outcomes through the annual Talent Review process.
β’ Advise leadership on organizational designs that enhance business growth and effectiveness.
β’ Oversee recruitment processes, including position management, interviewing, sourcing, offer creation, communication, new-hire orientation, onboarding, and assimilation.
β’ Develop organizational capabilities to tackle resource and operational challenges.
β’ Collaborate with Centers of Excellence such as payroll, benefits, and compensation to ensure smooth HR operations.
β’ Advocate for change management and provide resources to influence culture, systems, and processes.
β’ Act as a trusted advisor for coaching, policy interpretation, employee relations, development, and recognition and rewards.
β’ Suggest methods, policies, and practices to enhance HR efficiency and best practices.
β’ Create and implement a positive culture and people strategy aligned with business objectives and company goals.
β’ Collect and analyze HR data to derive insights and develop solutions.
β’ 5-7 years of progressive experience as an HR generalist, focusing on employee relations.
β’ Bachelorβs degree is required.
β’ An advanced degree in HR or MBA is preferred.
β’ Experience supporting remote and diverse teams, including both salaried and non-exempt employees.
β’ Capability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
β’ Proficient in analyzing, interpreting, and presenting data to leadership using Workday reporting functions.
β’ Customer-oriented, adaptable, and highly organized.
β’ Excellent follow-up, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
β’ Proven experience in building collaborative relationships with business partners, functional leaders, and decision-makers.
β’ Ability to influence and guide across all organizational levels.
β’ Strong judgment and decision-making skills in complex employee scenarios.
β’ Demonstrated history of fostering collaborative relationships and achieving results through partnerships.
β’ Capacity to plan, manage, and track projects while communicating with various stakeholders.
β’ Comfortable navigating ambiguity and proactively identifying solutions.
β’ Willingness and ability to travel up to 10-15% as needed.
β’ Must be eligible to work without visa sponsorship; this position does not qualify for H1B, OPT/CPT, or TN sponsorship.
