This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Take charge of the daily HR operations and offer support throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
β’ Oversee and enhance the HRIS and associated people systems, which includes managing records, workflows, reporting, data integrity, and automation.
β’ Direct benefits and compensation initiatives, encompassing enrollment, employee education, plan evaluation, benchmarking, salary structures, internal equity, and compensation assessments.
β’ Manage HR policies, maintain the employee handbook, and ensure employment compliance across various states.
β’ Address employee relations issues, including performance-related concerns, workplace problems, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
β’ Provide coaching and guidance to managers and company leadership on feedback, challenging conversations, employee development, team dynamics, and policy implementation.
β’ Spearhead performance and career development strategies, including evaluations, goal setting, feedback, and development planning.
β’ Oversee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
β’ Coordinate payroll activities and manage HR vendors and partnerships.
β’ Create HR reports and people metrics that cover headcount, turnover, retention, compensation, and workforce trends.
β’ Lead the integration of people-related aspects for acquired companies.
β’ Build and develop an HR team over time.
β’ A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience across a comprehensive range of human resources functions.
β’ Proven experience in leading an HR function or holding an HR leadership position.
β’ Strong proficiency in HR operations, employee relations, benefits, compensation, performance management, HR systems, and employment compliance.
β’ Background in advising and coaching managers and senior leaders through complex employee and organizational challenges.
β’ Ability to operate both strategically and in a hands-on manner.
β’ Experience in creating, enhancing, and scaling HR processes within a growing organization.
β’ Excellent judgment and discretion when dealing with sensitive employee and company information.
β’ Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
β’ Experience managing a workforce across multiple states.
β’ Experience in supporting mergers, acquisitions, or organizational integrations is a plus.
β’ Background in building or developing an HR team is a plus.
β’ Experience in professional services, consulting, or a fully remote company is a plus.
β’ Familiarity with Rippling HRIS is a plus.
β’ HR certification such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent is a plus.
β’ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
β’ A criminal background check must be completed prior to the first day of employment.
