This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage daily People operations for a global team spanning the US, Canada, and India.
• Oversee HRIS data management, including employee information, job and salary modifications, reporting, and audits.
• Track headcount, turnover rates, and compliance reporting.
• Ensure HR Standard Operating Procedures, forms, templates, intranet content, and employee handbooks are up-to-date.
• Stay informed on HR, talent management, employment laws, regulatory updates, best practices, and technologies.
• Assist with audits, policy revisions, and document requests while safeguarding confidential employee files.
• Deliver precise and timely payroll information each cycle.
• Manage health, dental, vision, life, disability, HSA, and 401(k) programs.
• Oversee logistics and communications for annual open enrollment.
• Handle leaves of absence, COBRA, and benefits-related inquiries.
• Take charge of the onboarding process from offer acceptance to the employee’s first day.
• Coordinate E-Verify, I-9 forms, new-hire documentation, and benefits enrollment.
• Manage offboarding procedures, including exit interviews, final pay processing, benefits termination, and access removal from systems.
• Oversee requisition approvals, job postings, and applicant tracking workflows.
• Conduct HR phone screenings and arrange interviews.
• Prepare offer letters and pre-onboarding materials.
• Address employment-related inquiries from employees and management.
• Support leaders with coaching discussions, progressive discipline, and documentation.
• Manage the performance review cycle, including timelines, reminders, and tracking.
• Collaborate with an HR Manager and Specialist based in India.
• No supervisory duties.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll, benefits, and leaves of absence administration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency in various AI tools.
• Excellent critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Quick responsiveness to diverse situations.
• Capacity to learn and adapt to evolving technology.
• Ability to thrive in a team setting and collaborate well with others.
• Strong time management abilities.
• Effective communication skills.
• Preferred: 4+ years of experience in Human Resources.
• Preferred: Experience with Paycom HRIS.
• Preferred: Experience with ICHRA (CHOICE) benefits.
• Preferred candidates should reside on the East Coast and operate within the East Coast time zone.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
