This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Develop and revise training materials, presentations, and job aids.
β’ Upload and systematically arrange content within the Learning Management System (LMS).
β’ Monitor and keep track of attendance in training sessions.
β’ Gather and analyze feedback to enhance training programs.
β’ Design promotional materials for various courses and initiatives.
β’ Ensure accurate maintenance of training records and produce basic reports.
β’ Offer general administrative assistance for talent development projects.
β’ Currently pursuing a Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline.
β’ Expected graduation date of 2027 or later.
β’ Strong organizational skills and effective time management abilities.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
β’ A keen interest in learning and development as well as HR practices.
β’ High level of discretion and professionalism when dealing with confidential information.
β’ Familiarity with HRIS systems is advantageous.
β’ Ability to commit to a 40-hour work week for the duration of the 10-week internship.
β’ Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
β’ Visa sponsorship will not be provided.
