πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Lead a regional team of HR Specialists and Recruiters who support store leadership.

β€’ Design and implement scalable strategic solutions for planning, talent assessment, change management, and team building initiatives.

β€’ Provide strategic business partnership, thought leadership, and coaching throughout the organization.

β€’ Assess the development needs of teams, managers, and the organization, and implement appropriate solutions.

β€’ Conduct data analysis and generate reports based on business requirements.

β€’ Drive talent management strategies, fostering growth and individual development plans.

β€’ Oversee the regional performance management cycle and employee engagement evaluations.

β€’ Address employee relations issues and recommend effective resolutions.

β€’ Monitor, audit, and investigate employee-related matters and compliance with regulations, including sexual harassment, discrimination, ADA, FMLA, Wage and Hour, EEOC, and DOL issues.

β€’ Advise managers and supervisors on best practices, policies, and employment law compliance.

β€’ Coach colleagues across all organizational levels on performance, misconduct, and policy enforcement.

β€’ Collaborate with Legal and Operations to develop and refine policies, practices, and procedures.

β€’ Identify and lead training initiatives that align with business priorities.

β€’ Maintain confidentiality and sensitivity regarding HR matters and information.

β€’ Partner with leaders to formulate workforce and succession planning strategies.

β€’ Develop and deliver reporting and actionable insights throughout the organization.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ 5-10 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role or a similar position.

β€’ Proficient understanding of US local, state, and federal labor/EEO laws.

β€’ Capability to thrive in a dynamic environment with frequent interactions with individuals of diverse ages, personalities, cultures, and educational backgrounds.

β€’ Willingness to travel to stores 25–35% of the time, including some overnight trips.

β€’ Strong judgment and experience in assessing risks related to the business.

β€’ Skills in consulting, coaching, and facilitation.

β€’ Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities.

β€’ Empathy and experience fostering an "others first" mindset among employees.

β€’ Proficient in using data to derive insights that drive action.

β€’ Proven ability to influence and strategically resolve problems.

β€’ Strong personal ethics and sound decision-making capabilities.

β€’ BA/BS degree is preferred.

β€’ Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.

β€’ PHR or SPHR certification is preferred.
