HR Analyst – Mid-Level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Deliver virtual HR support and consulting services.

• Provide guidance to employees, former employees, dependents, and pensioners regarding HR procedures.

• Create, evaluate, and refresh content for the HR Knowledge Base.

• Assist with hiring, terminations, employee transitions, training, benefits, and labor relations activities.

• Address inquiries related to onboarding, offboarding, expatriation, and repatriation.

• Facilitate employment termination processes, offering guidance, documentation, and support for departing staff members.

• Offer technical assistance for labor hearings and coordinate with the Legal department.

• Assess requests and channel them toward suitable solutions using relevant HR processes and tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Higher education is preferred.

• 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience.

• Must be available to work a 5-on, 2-off schedule.

• Familiarity with hiring, termination, employee transitions, training, benefits, and labor relations processes.

• Understanding of onboarding, offboarding, expatriation, and repatriation procedures.

• Knowledge of employment termination protocols.

• Capability to provide technical support for labor hearings and coordinate with the Legal department.
