This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.
• Lead a regional team of HR Specialists and Recruiters who support store leadership.
• Create and implement scalable strategic solutions for planning, talent assessment, change management, and team development.
• Offer strategic business partnerships, thought leadership, and coaching throughout the organization.
• Evaluate the development needs of teams, managers, and the organization, and execute appropriate solutions.
• Deliver data analysis and reporting tailored to business requirements.
• Propel talent management strategies, growth initiatives, and individual development plans.
• Oversee the performance management cycle and conduct employee engagement assessments.
• Address employee relations issues and provide recommendations for resolutions.
• Monitor, audit, and investigate matters related to employees and regulations.
• Advise managers and supervisors on HR practices, policies, and employment legislation.
• Guide colleagues regarding performance, misconduct, and policy infractions.
• Collaborate with Legal and Operations to formulate and update policies and procedures.
• Identify and lead training initiatives aligned with business priorities.
• Uphold confidentiality and sensitivity concerning HR issues.
• Partner with organizational leaders on workforce and succession planning.
• Develop and present reporting alongside actionable insights.
• 5-10 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role or a similar position.
• Working familiarity with US local, state, and federal labor and EEO laws.
• Capability to thrive in a dynamic environment with regular interactions with individuals of diverse ages, personalities, cultures, and educational backgrounds.
• Willingness to travel to stores 25–35% of the time; overnight travel may be necessary.
• Strong judgment and experience in assessing risk in relation to the business.
• Skills in consulting, coaching, and facilitation.
• Proficient communication and critical thinking abilities.
• Empathy and a track record of promoting an “others first” approach among employees.
• Experience utilizing data to uncover insights that lead to actionable outcomes.
• Proven experience in influencing and strategically addressing problems.
• Strong personal ethics.
• BA/BS degree is preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
• PHR or SPHR certification is preferred.
