This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Review and assess applicants to determine suitable candidates

• Organize and manage interview schedules

• Oversee the onboarding and offboarding procedures for interns and volunteers

• Keep internal documentation and records updated

• Support various Human Resources tasks and initiatives

• Collaborate closely with the HR Team Lead and the Director of Human Resources, while also working autonomously

• Participate in at least one meeting lasting 30–40 minutes each week

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled student pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines

• Familiarity with HR functions, such as developing training plans, conducting interviews, and gathering employee information

• Previous experience with Google Workspace is preferred

• Strong ability to maintain confidentiality of information

• Must be eligible to intern in the U.S.

• Comfortable coordinating tasks in a remote setting

• Expected to uphold a high standard of communication

• Preference for candidates willing to commit to a minimum of 5 hours per week for 6 months

• Must be available for at least one 30–40 minute meeting each week
