Human Resources Information Systems Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversees the management of human resource information systems pertaining to various company-wide technologies.

• Tracks the integration of solutions and the processes of change control for technologies or regions, ensuring alignment with company policies and application standards.

• May spearhead project implementation or provide ongoing operational support focused on the design, delivery, and upkeep of technology-enabled solutions.

• Directs the functional design of innovative technology solutions to meet business requirements.

• Manages activities related to configuration, testing, change control, documentation, and maintenance, ensuring adherence to company standards.

• Guarantees effective integration with other systems and processes across different technologies and regions.

• Oversees the assessment of requested system changes, evaluates their impact on the entire system, and tracks the status of change requests.

• Ensures the resolution of complex user inquiries and system-related issues.

• Monitors metrics to maintain overall operational effectiveness.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree from a college or university in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.

• Significant relevant work experience is required.

• Experience with Human Resource Information Systems is preferred.
