📋 Description

• Oversee human resource information management systems across one or more company-wide technologies.

• Supervise solution integration and change control processes for technologies or regions in accordance with company policies and application standards.

• Direct the functional design of new technology solutions that meet business needs.

• Administer configuration, testing, change control, documentation, and maintenance tasks.

• Ensure seamless integration with other systems and processes across various technologies and regions.

• Assess requested system changes and their implications on the overall system; track the status of change requests.

• Oversee testing and deployment of human resource system patches, enhancements, and upgrades.

• Maintain system functionality, access, and security in alignment with global design, standards, business needs, and regulations.

• Resolve complex user inquiries and system challenges.

• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of process documentation and user instructional materials.

• Track metrics to guarantee overall operational effectiveness.

• May lead project implementation or ongoing operations support activities focused on designing, delivering, and maintaining technology-enabled solutions.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.

• Significant relevant work experience is mandatory.
