Human Resources Generalist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute HR-related functions at a professional level.

• Collaborate closely with the HR Team and Senior Management.

• Fulfill responsibilities across all functional HR areas.

• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

• Administer employee benefits programs.

• Foster positive employee relations.

• Oversee training initiatives.

• Manage performance evaluations.

• Handle compensation-related tasks.

• Administer HRIS systems.

• Implement policies effectively.

• Address employment matters.

• Ensure compliance with affirmative action and employment laws.

• Support various projects and initiatives.

• Maintain organized personnel file records.

• Administer and monitor FMLA, STD, and other leave programs.

• Provide daily performance management guidance to line management.

• Advise, manage, and resolve complex employee relations challenges.

• Retain thorough knowledge of legal requirements related to daily employee management.

• Assist in the preparation and filing of annual mandated reports.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resources Management.

• Minimum of 6 years of generalist experience across all Human Resources functions.

• Proficient in employee relations, benefits administration, onboarding, compensation practices, HRIS management, and performance management.

• Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws.

• Experience collaborating with management to resolve employee relations issues.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.

• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Proven time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proficient with HRIS systems, Applicant Tracking systems, and Microsoft Office Suite or comparable software.
