Human Resources Generalist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily operations and comprehensive human resource functions throughout the entire employee life cycle.

• Handle the complete recruitment process as well as the onboarding of new hires.

• Manage performance evaluations, promotions, transfers, and offboarding procedures.

• Implement and enforce HR policies, benefits, and compliance programs in accordance with local labor laws and company guidelines.

• Provide guidance to managers and staff on HR topics, employee relations, and conflict resolution strategies.

• Spearhead initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture.

• Maintain precise HR records, reports, and analytics to assist in management decision-making.

• Aid in the development and execution of HR programs, standard operating procedures, and process enhancements.

• Support learning and development efforts, performance reviews, and succession planning initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline is preferred.

• At least 3 years of HR experience within US-owned, shared service, or BPO organizations, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations.

• Familiarity with standard HR practices, employment laws, and compliance standards.

• Excellent organizational abilities with the capability to juggle multiple tasks and meet competing deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills.

• Capacity to perform efficiently under pressure.

• Outstanding project management capabilities.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Minimum 5th generation Intel i5 processor or equivalent.

• At least 4.00 GB RAM.

• Windows 10 or Mac OSX operating systems; no Linux, Unix, or other systems allowed.

• Internet connection with a speed of 5.0 MBPS or higher on both primary and backup connections.

• Noise-cancelling headset connected via USB port.

• Webcam with a minimum of 3 megapixels capable of 720p recording.
