HR Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Formulate and execute HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overarching business objectives.

• Serve as a liaison between management and employees by addressing requests, concerns, or any other issues.

• Oversee the recruitment and selection processes.

• Facilitate current and future business requirements through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of talent.

• Design and monitor comprehensive HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures throughout the organization.

• Foster a positive workplace culture.

• Supervise and manage a performance appraisal system that promotes high performance.

• Administer the compensation structure and benefits program.

• Evaluate training requirements to implement and oversee training programs.

• Provide management with reports and decision support through HR metrics.

• Ensure compliance with legal standards in all aspects of human resource management.

• Demonstrated experience as an HR manager or in another HR executive role.

• People-oriented and driven by results.

• Proven experience with HR metrics.

• Familiarity with HR systems and databases.

• Capability to develop strategy along with strong leadership skills.

• Exceptional active listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

• Proficiency in building and effectively managing interpersonal relationships across all levels of the organization.

• Extensive knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

• A degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
