Human Resources Generalist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily operations and comprehensive human resource functions throughout the entire employee life cycle.

• Manage the complete recruitment process and facilitate onboarding.

• Supervise performance evaluations, promotions, transfers, and offboarding procedures.

• Implement HR policies, benefits, and compliance programs in accordance with local labor regulations and organizational standards.

• Provide guidance to managers and staff on HR issues, employee relations, and conflict resolution.

• Drive initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture.

• Ensure the maintenance of precise HR records, reports, and analytics to aid management in decision-making.

• Assist in the development and execution of HR programs, standard operating procedures, and process enhancements.

• Support learning and development efforts, performance evaluations, and succession planning activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.

• At least 3 years of HR experience in US-owned, shared service, or BPO companies, with an emphasis on recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations.

• Familiarity with standard HR practices, employment laws, and compliance standards.

• Exceptional organizational skills with the capability to juggle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilities.

• Capacity to perform well under pressure.

• Excellent project management capabilities.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• A minimum of a 5th generation Intel i5 processor or equivalent.

• At least 4.00 GB of RAM.

• Operating system must be Windows 10 or Mac OSX; Linux, Unix, or other operating systems are not acceptable.

• Internet speed of 5.0 MBPS or higher on both primary and backup connections is required.

• A USB-connected noise-cancelling headset is necessary.

• A webcam with a minimum resolution of 3 megapixels and capable of 720p recording is required.
