This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
β’ Deliver comprehensive HR support to a variety of clients.
β’ Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, including necessary documentation and coordination efforts.
β’ Assist in the administration of benefits, enrollment processes, and communication with employees.
β’ Aid in recruitment activities, such as reviewing resumes, reaching out to candidates, and coordinating interviews.
β’ Ensure the maintenance of precise and confidential employee records as well as HR documentation.
β’ Provide support to clients regarding employee relations and personnel issues.
β’ Assist with HR activities and requirements related to compliance.
β’ Contribute to the updates and reviews of the employee handbook and HR policies.
β’ Support performance management initiatives and associated employee documentation.
β’ Address routine HR inquiries and deliver prompt assistance to clients.
β’ Oversee assigned HR tasks and deadlines across various client engagements.
β’ Participate in special projects and other HR or operational initiatives as required.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Human Resources is required.
β’ Extensive experience in general HR functions is essential.
β’ Strong understanding of the employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
β’ Familiarity with benefits administration.
β’ Knowledge of HR compliance as well as state and federal employment regulations.
β’ Understanding of HR best practices.
β’ SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is mandatory.
β’ Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
β’ Capability to independently manage multiple clients, priorities, and deadlines.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Ability to exercise sound judgment while maintaining confidentiality.
β’ Competence in managing sensitive personnel matters appropriately.
β’ Comfortable working autonomously in a remote setting while collaborating with the Capital CFO+ team.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office.
β’ Candidates must be residing in the Eastern Time Zone.
β’ Experience with ADP and/or other HRIS/payroll systems is preferred.
