Human Resources Expert, Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Educate and assess AI agents on practical professional HR responsibilities

• Develop workspaces and document files

• Compose prompts

• Formulate grading rubrics grounded in HR practices in Spain

• Engage in initiatives aimed at training and improving AI systems

• Dedicate approximately 21 hours weekly during the trial phase

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in HR, encompassing business partnering, employee relations, compensation, or talent acquisition

• Native or fluent proficiency in Spanish

• Degree from a top-20 university in Spain

• Familiarity with the Estatuto de los Trabajadores

• Understanding of collective agreements

• Knowledge of Social Security regulations

• Proficiency in Spanish payroll systems

• Must operate as an independent contractor

• H1-B and STEM OPT candidates will not be supported
