Human Resources Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Lead and serve as an HR business partner for the Midwest Region.

• Offer strategic consultation to senior leadership teams.

• Collaborate with senior leaders and front-line managers to identify opportunities, create solutions, and drive impactful results.

• Coach and provide guidance to leaders on people strategy, encompassing organization design, change management, talent management, and employee engagement.

• Ensure the effective delivery of HR programs and services, including performance management, compensation planning, and talent reviews.

• Develop and implement organizational effectiveness strategies aimed at enhancing employee engagement and retention.

• Work in partnership with Centers of Excellence to attract, onboard, develop, and maintain talent.

• Engage in enterprise-wide initiatives and projects.

• Contribute to and help spearhead the US HR strategy in collaboration with the US Sector HRVP.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10-12 years of progressive experience in an HR generalist capacity.

• Strong organizational capabilities and experience in organization development.

• Experience in change management.

• Expertise in talent management.

• Proficiency in utilizing HR technology and analytics.

• Bachelor's degree in HR Development, Labor Relations, Organizational Development, or a related business field.

• Proven track record of leading large-scale change initiatives.

• Demonstrated ability to effectively partner, communicate, and consult with executive and senior-level leadership.

• Capability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to travel 50-70%, depending on business needs.
