Human Resources Coordinator

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Assist with payroll processing, which includes data entry, generating reports, making time sheet adjustments, and serving as a backup for the Payroll Manager.

β€’ Respond to employee inquiries, resolve issues, and offer general HR assistance.

β€’ Provide employees with details regarding benefits and compensation.

β€’ Process and input necessary documents into the HRIS system.

β€’ Aid in benefits enrollment, modifications, and terminations.

β€’ Support employees in completing forms, including STD/LTD paperwork.

β€’ Maintain precise employee records, personnel files, and HRIS data.

β€’ Ensure that HR practices align with local, state, and federal regulations.

β€’ Offer administrative support by scheduling meetings, managing files, and preparing reports.

β€’ Handle temporary staffing requests, which involves coordinating with staffing agencies, managing timecards, invoices, requests, and cancellations.

β€’ Actively propose ideas and solutions for process improvements.

β€’ Carry out additional duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A high school diploma is required; a diploma or degree in Human Resources is preferred.

β€’ Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

β€’ Payroll experience is preferred.

β€’ Proficient in HR software and systems.

β€’ Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.

β€’ Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).

β€’ Strong organizational and time management capabilities.

β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

β€’ Ability to manage confidential information with care.

β€’ Keen attention to detail and accuracy.

β€’ Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

β€’ Flexibility and adaptability to shifting priorities.

β€’ Consistent follow-up and follow-through on tasks.

β€’ Demonstrates credibility with a high degree of personal integrity.

β€’ Committed and loyal to the success of colleagues and team members.
