Human Resources Coordinator

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Manage employee lifecycle transactions such as onboarding, terminations, promotions, transfers, and organizational adjustments.

β€’ Ensure the accuracy of employee records and documentation within Dayforce.

β€’ Address inquiries from employees and managers regarding HR processes, benefits, and employment details.

β€’ Oversee benefits enrollment, modifications, and terminations.

β€’ Facilitate payroll timelines by guaranteeing that HR transactions are processed accurately and punctually.

β€’ Produce reports, conduct audits, and verify employee data for precision and compliance.

β€’ Assist with Dayforce workflows, user access requests, and system troubleshooting.

β€’ Draft employment letters.

β€’ Provide support to HR Business Partners and HR leaders with administrative tasks.

β€’ Develop and maintain HR process documentation, user manuals, and training resources.

β€’ Contribute to HR projects, process enhancements, and other team initiatives as needed.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A degree or diploma in Human Resources Management or a related discipline.

β€’ 1 to 3 years of experience in supporting HR administration, employee lifecycle activities, or customer-facing business operations.

β€’ A strong customer service orientation and a genuine desire to assist employees and business leaders.

β€’ Strong technical skills with the capability to quickly learn new systems, processes, and technologies.

β€’ Experience with HRIS platforms, databases, or other business systems.

β€’ Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

β€’ Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

β€’ A proactive, team-oriented approach and a readiness to offer support where necessary.

β€’ Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

β€’ Capacity to handle competing priorities in a high-volume environment.

β€’ Experience working with both unionized and non-unionized employee groups is considered beneficial.

β€’ CHRP designation or progress towards it is regarded as an asset.

β€’ Experience with Dayforce is considered advantageous.
