Human Resources Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.

📋 Description

• Manage employee lifecycle transactions, including onboarding, separations, promotions, transfers, and organizational adjustments.

• Ensure precise maintenance of employee records and documentation within Dayforce.

• Address inquiries from employees and managers regarding HR processes, benefits, and employment-related information.

• Oversee benefits enrollment, modifications, and terminations.

• Support payroll deadlines by guaranteeing that HR transactions are accurately processed and timely.

• Produce reports, conduct audits, and verify employee data to maintain accuracy and regulatory compliance.

• Assist with Dayforce workflows, user access requests, and troubleshooting within the system.

• Draft employment letters and aid HR Business Partners and HR leaders with administrative tasks.

• Develop and maintain HR process documentation, user manuals, and training resources.

• Contribute to HR projects, process enhancements, and other team initiatives as needed.


⛳️ Requirements

• A degree or diploma in Human Resources Management or a relevant field.

• 1 to 3 years of experience in HR administration, employee lifecycle processes, or customer-facing business roles.

• A strong customer service orientation and a genuine commitment to assisting employees and business leaders.

• High technical proficiency with the capability to quickly learn new systems, processes, and technologies.

• Familiarity with HRIS platforms, databases, or other business systems.

• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, with confidence in handling reports, data, and spreadsheets.

• Exceptional attention to detail and dedication to maintaining accuracy.

• A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a readiness to assist wherever necessary.

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience working with both unionized and non-unionized employee groups is an advantage.

• CHRP designation (or progress toward it) and experience with Dayforce are considered beneficial.
