This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.
β’ Manage employee lifecycle transactions including onboarding, separations, promotions, transfers, and organizational changes.
β’ Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records and documentation in Dayforce.
β’ Address inquiries from employees and managers regarding HR processes, benefits, and employment-related information.
β’ Oversee benefits enrollments, modifications, and terminations.
β’ Facilitate payroll timelines by guaranteeing that HR transactions are processed correctly and punctually.
β’ Create reports, conduct audits, and verify employee data to maintain accuracy and compliance.
β’ Assist with Dayforce workflows, user access requests, and system troubleshooting.
β’ Draft employment letters and aid HR Business Partners and HR leaders with administrative tasks.
β’ Develop and sustain HR process documentation, user manuals, and training resources.
β’ Contribute to HR projects, process enhancements, and other team initiatives as needed.
β’ A degree or diploma in Human Resources Management or a related discipline.
β’ 1 to 3 years of experience in HR administration, employee lifecycle processes, or customer-facing business operations.
β’ A strong customer service orientation and a genuine desire to assist employees and business leaders.
β’ High technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new systems, processes, and technologies.
β’ Experience with HRIS platforms, databases, or other business systems.
β’ Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with confidence in handling reports, data, and spreadsheets.
β’ Outstanding attention to detail and a commitment to precision.
β’ A proactive, team-oriented mindset and readiness to assist wherever necessary.
β’ Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
β’ Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
β’ Experience supporting both unionized and non-unionized employee groups is an advantage.
β’ CHRP designation or progress towards it is a plus.
β’ Familiarity with Dayforce is considered beneficial.
β’ Fully remote work model available within Ontario.
β’ Occasional travel to the Mississauga office for team meetings, training, and collaborative sessions.
