This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to senior management.
β’ Ensure HR strategies and initiatives are aligned with business goals and organizational culture.
β’ Guide and influence strategic objectives and initiatives as a member of the leadership team.
β’ Function as the primary business contact to foster an optimal work environment and advocate for employees.
β’ Facilitate leadership development and succession planning efforts.
β’ Understand the strategic goals and the role of the business and assigned department within CareSource.
β’ Monitor legal, policy, and practice changes to identify and mitigate risks to employees and the organization.
β’ Cultivate relationships with employees and leadership to achieve goals.
β’ Analyze engagement surveys, exit interviews, and employee feedback, providing recommendations for enhancements.
β’ Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and Total Rewards.
β’ Work across departments to resolve obstacles impacting employee and departmental performance.
β’ Analyze and improve departmental dynamics to enhance effectiveness.
β’ Engage with the department and its leadership team.
β’ Encourage collaboration and information sharing across departments.
β’ Execute additional related tasks as requested.
β’ A bachelor's degree in human resources, leadership, or a related field is mandatory.
β’ Equivalent relevant work experience may be considered in place of the required educational qualifications.
β’ A minimum of five (5) years of experience as a strategic HR Business Partner is essential.
β’ Experience in organizational design and change management is required.
β’ Demonstrated ability to collaborate with and influence executive leadership.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
β’ Familiarity with the healthcare industry is beneficial.
β’ Current knowledge of employment laws is necessary.
β’ Capability to educate and train management on recruitment and employee relations matters.
β’ PHR/SPHR or Strategic Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) certification is preferred.
β’ Ability to maintain confidentiality is crucial.
β’ Competence to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
β’ Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
β’ Attention to detail, multitasking abilities, critical listening and thinking, negotiation, time management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills are required.
β’ A strong customer service orientation is essential.
