This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Implement TireHub's human resources strategy within a designated region.
• Act as a trusted advisor for leaders and employees alike.
• Offer guidance on employee relations, recruitment, training, onboarding, offboarding, and data management.
• Lead regional HR change management projects and oversee associated communications.
• Foster enhancements in people management and organizational efficiency.
• Identify, nurture, and prepare high-potential employees for promotions and career progression.
• Encourage collaboration and the exchange of best practices throughout the HR organization.
• Serve as the regional HR representative, reporting to the Director of Talent and Employee Relations.
• Collaborate with recruiting, operations, and learning and talent development teams.
• Engage in proactive outreach with remote employees across the region.
• Facilitate coaching for managers, employee engagement, and Hubber relations initiatives.
• Assist with onboarding, orientation, offboarding, and exit interviews.
• Provide support for compensation review and analysis, including market and internal equity assessments.
• Review job modifications, promotions, and workforce analysis.
• Oversee compliance activities, including OSHA requirements, driver record maintenance, DOT certifications, and drug testing programs.
• Support leaders in addressing workplace complaints, performance issues, and challenging employee situations.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on recruitment initiatives.
• Maintain relationships with regional leaders to promote HR initiatives and operational efficiency.
• Travel within the assigned region at least 50% of the time.
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in specialized HR functions such as talent acquisition, benefits administration, employee and labor relations, talent development, and HR operations.
• Proficient in HR metrics and predictive analytics.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems.
• Experience dealing with sensitive employee relations issues and labor legislation.
• Comprehensive understanding and extensive application of HR principles, theories, and concepts.
• Ability to independently identify and develop solutions under general supervision.
• High capacity for working autonomously.
• Capability to juggle multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours during critical periods.
• Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Candidates must reside in Florida.
• Experience in high-volume recruitment and onboarding.
• Knowledge of compensation and benefits for multi-location organizations.
• Familiarity with employee relations and engagement.
• Knowledge of compliance, health, and safety regulations.
• Experience in training, development, and performance management.
