This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Collaborate with business leaders to grasp organizational and team objectives and formulate corresponding HR strategies.
β’ Provide strategic HR counsel and administrative assistance to business leaders.
β’ Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary measures, grievances, and harassment claims.
β’ Conduct and oversee workplace investigations in conjunction with HR Managers and General Counsel.
β’ Identify the developmental needs of teams, including training, coaching, and overall team enhancement.
β’ Facilitate change management initiatives while minimizing disruptions to morale and operations.
β’ Support employees throughout the onboarding process, leave of absence, performance management, benefits, and separations.
β’ Oversee the employee onboarding experience and coordinate execution across various functions.
β’ Administer FMLA, state leaves, personal leave, and other leave programs across all 50 states.
β’ Manage the ADA accommodations process, including the interactive process, intake, documentation, communication, and scheduling.
β’ Maintain and oversee company HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
β’ Collaborate with the Human Resources Manager on the delivery of HR programs.
β’ Monitor HR KPIs and metrics related to engagement, retention, turnover, hiring, onboarding, and training compliance.
β’ Lead employee engagement initiatives, such as surveys, feedback cycles, and recognition programs.
β’ Sponsor HR cross-functional committees and act as the HR stakeholder for aligned programs.
β’ Balance multiple responsibilities, troubleshoot within established guidelines, make timely decisions, and provide clear project reporting.
β’ 5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist/Human Resources Business Partner, covering most or all aspects of the HR function.
β’ At least 3 years of experience collaborating with or supporting supervisors or managers within an organization to drive the delivery of HR programs and initiatives.
β’ Strong proficiency in MS Office, HRIS, ATS, or other People functional tools and automation systems.
β’ Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and operate efficiently in ambiguous situations.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to present to senior management.
β’ Exceptional attention to detail.
β’ Experience in start-up or early-stage environments with minimal defined infrastructure or processes.
β’ Proven record of working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
β’ Ability and empathy to connect with all levels of the leadership team.
β’ Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
β’ Bachelorβs degree is an advantage but not mandatory.
β’ HR Certification is required.
β’ Must be a US citizen or authorized to work in the US as a full-time employee; no visa sponsorship will be provided.
