πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Assist in enhancing People operations to provide a seamless, compliant, and employee-focused experience for the EMEA team.

β€’ Contribute to the execution of People strategies that promote retention, engagement, culture, and align with business objectives.

β€’ Utilize HR data, systems, and industry best practices to foster efficient processes and ongoing improvements.

β€’ Offer people-oriented HR solutions while ensuring adherence to compliant policies and practices.

β€’ Oversee HR systems and manage HR-related documentation.

β€’ Handle employee lifecycle activities, including right-to-work verifications, onboarding, offboarding, documentation, entitlements, and internal communications.

β€’ Analyze employee data, generate reports, identify trends, and support HR and business decision-making.

β€’ Facilitate employee development through learning materials, training pathways, and development initiatives.

β€’ Optimize HR processes, enhance the employee experience via digital tools, ensure health and safety compliance, and manage regular HR communications.

β€’ Assist senior leadership with change management efforts and associated HR protocols.

β€’ Support performance evaluation cycles, performance tools, reporting, and competency frameworks.

β€’ Collaborate with HR and Finance on the selection, implementation, documentation, communication, and compliance of benefits.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ At least 2-3 years of experience in HR.

β€’ Strong administrative skills with a methodical and detail-oriented approach to tasks.

β€’ Technology-savvy mindset to effectively utilize People technologies.

β€’ Proficiency in HR Information Systems; experience with BambooHR is essential.

β€’ Excellent skills in Microsoft Office are required; advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is highly desirable.

β€’ Proactive problem-solving abilities.

β€’ Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

β€’ Capability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.

β€’ A flexible and empathetic approach when collaborating with others.

β€’ Experience in Culture and Engagement activities.

β€’ Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

β€’ Knowledge of UK Employment law and regulatory compliance; familiarity with other EMEA countries is a plus.

β€’ Ability to maintain confidentiality when communicating with employees and managers outside of HR.

β€’ Comfortable collaborating across different geographies and time zones as part of a global HR team.

β€’ A graduate-level degree in HR-related fields, CIPD Level 3 or 5, or Business Administration.
